for where it is and for the price it is a grand bargain. I stayed in the front part of the facility. next to the convention center just 100 feet 2 minute walk. bagel shop great for breakfast and lunch attached. cleaner than a motel 6. no dust, stains, or dirt. Free luxury donuts and cakes in the morning. staff polite and helpful.

The room was well located within easy walking distance from the LV Boulevard but was very quiet at night. The room was spacious and comfortable. Wifi was good but inconsistent.

Friendliness of the staff. They had reserved a room for me on the second floor but I had two heavy bags (they don't have a lift). I asked for a room on the ground floor and they satisfied my needs. and pay attention to mine

This place was a perfect location for my needs. Right next to the convention center it was easy to get there every day. The room was comfortable and the service was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, spacious room and convenient to all that I needed to do in Vegas.

The booked room was spacious and felt cozy during the five-day stay. There were kitchen and nice functional A/C unit that accommodated my needs. The location has nearby restaurants and nice places to go within walking distance.
